The weekend brought some lovely December sunshine so I trundled off in to Bedgebury with Becky Lou and my camera, on a mission to shoot what little colour was still available.

There were still a few people around but nothing like the masses that can be found when the weather is a little warmer.
There’s still a bit of colour out there – you just have to look a bit harder.
The plan is to keep re-visiting the forest and pinetum throughout the year and get a real sense of what it can offer – I have lots of ideas for some pretty adventurous shots – so let’s see what the year brings
