I was tasked with covering a conference at Lords cricket ground in London and wanted to try and grab some shots that weren’t just people up on stage pointing at graphs.

sometimes you find shots in the weirdest places

looking good enough to eat – so I did
A sense of bustle and busy-ness wasn’t always easy to convey but a wide angle and a long lens worked quite nicely

trying to capture some sense of the energy at the conference

whenever I have to select images of a conference, I feel that the customer wants to show a packed and interested audience

by the end of the day, everyone can get a bit tired
I decided to try and capture the grounds at Lords in a panorama, stitching five images together to create a pretty large image that I am very pleased with.
