The time of year when Maidstone’s Mote Park becomes a mecca for middle aged rockers with grey beards and wok shaped bellies arrived once again and this time I was able to attend all three nights.
The Friday was headlined by Saxon and it was great to watch their full headlining set although Graham Bonnet certainly had me singing along as the event opener. Extreme and ZZ Top headlined the other two days and I was able to get great views of nearly all of the bands, all of the time.
