one of the few places that you could easily see larger groups of bikes proved to be at red lights – not very dynamic!
I popped down to the Hastings May Day Run today to try my hand at photographing a few pics of the bikes – I didn’t want to take any ‘people’ shots or any individual bikes, I set out to try and show how many bikes were down there (estimates were in the region of 70,000!).
There were loads of bikes parked all over the place but again, not very dynamic

I think that shooting lots of bikes is a challenge that I haven’t managed to master just yet, I expect I will revisit a similar event in the future and try and focus a lot more on capturing movement as well as the crowds.
