Download 2019 came along and we decided to brave the Friday. So, armed with my trusty Lumix DC-FZ82 (my festival camera) we set off to Castle Donnington.
We spent most of the day as close to the front as we could get, which we were surprised to find out, was pretty close indeed and watched bands such as Clutch, Whitesnake, Slash and Def Leppard do their thing – it was a pretty cool day and the rain held off for most of the time.
As can be expected from a £250 camera, the results weren’t the same as I’d be able to get with my 5D but they were certainly good enough for social media and smallish prints (up to 8×10 maybe)
