It’s a bit of a drive but Berling Gap is one of our go-to places that we visit when we need to get outside and grab some fresh air. 

It had been a pleasant day so we set off toward East Sussex and arrived not long before the sun started to dip towards the horizon. 

As always, it was windy up on the cliffs and due to some recent slips, large areas were fenced off to keep people away from the edge as much as possible but we had a nice walk and made it back down to the seashore just in time to watch the sunset. 

This large strip of clouds added a really nice level of interest to the sunset and I drove home feeling refreshed and with a couple of nice shots on the card – happy days!
